Assessment

• Your company will be assigned your own NVQ Assessor who is fully occupationally competent. The Assessor will use a range of methods including observation, questioning and collection of evidence to assess your employees.
• Baltic Training will work with you to create your very own company portfolio of your policies and procedures.
• The Assessor will then use your company portfolio during the assessment of your employees.
